These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Train with Jens website, iOS app, and the 12-Week Hybrid Race Prep program (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The program

Train with Jens provides a structured 12-week training program delivered through our app. The program is educational and informational. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Health & safety

Exercise carries inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any training program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety, and you agree to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You participate at your own risk.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Purchase & access

The 12-Week Hybrid Race Prep program is a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full 12-week program through race day. It is not a subscription and does not bill on a recurring basis. Web purchases are processed by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple and governed additionally by Apple's terms.

Refunds

Because the program is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except in special circumstances — if something isn't right, email [email protected] and we'll work with you to find a solution. In-app purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund process. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

The program and its content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share program content or your account access with others.

Community

The in-app chat is a shared space. Be respectful. We may remove content or restrict access for conduct that is abusive, harmful, or disruptive to other athletes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Train with Jens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in the program.

Trademark

This program is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owner.

Apple App Store purchases (EULA)

If you download or use the app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply. This agreement is concluded between you and Train with Jens only — not Apple — and Train with Jens, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

• License. Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance & support. Train with Jens is solely responsible for any maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any support services.
• Warranty. Train with Jens is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Claims. Train with Jens, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection claims, and intellectual-property claims.
• Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
